Job summary

CLA, CliftonLarsonAllen, is seeking a Tax Director/Manager to join our Wisconsin tax practice. Locations include Appleton, Green Bay, La Crosse, Madison, Milwaukee, Oshkosh, Racine, Sheboygan, Stevens Point, and Wausau.

You will consult with clients on business processes such as succession and tax planning, lead tax engagements, and develop teams to advance careers while fostering opportunities for clients and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA certification; JD or EA may be accepted in place of CPA.
• 6 years in a large professional services or public accounting firm; 10+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on business processes such as succession and tax planning.
• Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Foster and build opportunities for our clients, communities, and people.
• Become an industry professional and attend industry-leading events and trainings.
• Perform a range of tax procedures in accordance with engagement size and complexity.
• Review complex individual and corporate tax returns.

CLA is looking to hire Tax Manager or Director for our growing Wisconsin Tax practice. Locations include: Appleton, Green Bay, La Crosse, Madison, Milwaukee, Oshkosh, Racine, Sheboygan, Stevens Point, and Wausau.

As a Tax Director/Manager You Will

As Our Ideal Candidate

• 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm, driving strategic management.
• 10+ years experience highly preferred.
• You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• You have an active CPA certification. A JD or EA may be accepted in place of a CPA certification.
