Job summary

CLA is seeking a Tax Manager or Director to join our growing Wisconsin Tax practice. Locations include Eau Claire and other Wisconsin cities.

You will consult with clients on business processes, lead engagements, and develop teams while advancing opportunities for clients and communities. The ideal candidate has 6 years in a large firm, CPA certification, and a track record in corporate tax; JD/EA may substitute for CPA.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm.
• 10+ years experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA certification.
• A JD or EA may be accepted in place of a CPA certification.

About the role

CLA is looking to hire Tax Manager or Director for our growing Wisconsin Tax practice.

Locations include : Eau Claire, Appleton, Green Bay, Hudson, La Crosse, Madison, Marshfield, Milwaukee, Oshkosh, Racine, Sheboygan, Stevens Point, Tomah and Wausau.

As a Tax Director/Manager You Will Consult with clients on business processes such as succession and tax planning.

Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements.

Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.

Foster and build opportunities for our clients, communities, and people.

Become an industry professional and attend industry-leading events and trainings.
