Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) in Wisconsin is seeking a Tax Director/Manager to lead our Wisconsin Tax practice across Eau Claire, Appleton, Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, Sheboygan and more. You will consult with clients on tax planning, lead and review engagements, and develop the team.

You will foster opportunities for clients and communities, attend industry trainings, and manage complex individual and corporate tax returns. CPA required; JD/EA accepted in some cases.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm.
• 10+ years experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Active CPA certification. A JD or EA may be accepted in place of a CPA certification.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for team development.
• Passion for public accounting and Corporate Tax.

About The Role

CLA is looking to hire Tax Manager or Director for our growing Wisconsin Tax practice. Locations include : Eau Claire, Appleton, Green Bay, Hudson, La Crosse, Madison, Marshfield, Milwaukee, Oshkosh, Racine, Sheboygan, Stevens Point, Tomah and Wausau.
