Food Management Search, Inc. partners with a respected CPA and advisory firm in the greater Chicagoland area to hire a Tax Manager specializing in nonprofit organizations, private foundations, trusts, estates, and high-net-worth individuals.

Formación

• Strong technical knowledge of nonprofit, private foundation, fiduciary, and individual taxation.
• Demonstrated experience with nonprofit organizations, foundations, trusts, estates, and high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines.
• At least one professional credential such as CPA/EA/MST/JD/LLM/CTFA/AEP.

Responsabilidades

• Tax Compliance & Advisory: manage and review complex federal and state returns for nonprofit orgs, foundations, trusts, estates, and individuals.
• Oversee preparation and review of Forms 990, 990-PF, 1040, 1041.
• Provide guidance on nonprofit taxation and related matters, staying current with regulations.
• Client Relationship Management: develop and maintain relationships with nonprofits, foundations, high-net-worth clients, and family offices.
• Collaborate with attorneys and wealth advisors; present to clients and participate in business development.
• Leadership & Practice Development: supervise and mentor tax staff; improve tax processes; drive growth of nonprofit/private client tax practice.
