Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in professional services.
• One or more years of TAS specific experience preferred.
• CPA certification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in due diligence and structuring engagements.
• Advises on tax strategies for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Reviews merger agreements and provides opinion letters.

Experience managing multiple client engagements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics
