You will prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, develop tax strategies, supervise staff, and mentor teammates while building strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax management.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the tax department, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
• Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on complex tax matters.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance at all times.
• Lead a team of tax professionals and provide mentorship and training.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Develop and implement innovative tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes for clients.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to resolve complex tax issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Review and approve tax returns, financial statements, and other tax-related documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax projects.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in tax management.
