Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA license required.
• Strong technical tax experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
• Experience reviewing multiple types of tax returns.
• Strong tax research, planning, and projection experience.
• Experience training and developing staff.
• Strong client-facing and relationship management experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams.
• Strong understanding of professional services and client needs.

Responsabilités

• Review corporate, partnership, individual, trusts & estates, and gift tax returns.
• Prepare and review year-end tax projections.
• Analyze and present tax planning strategies to clients.
• Research tax positions and support filings.
• Manage staff assignments, training, and development.
• Plan and manage multiple projects and resources.
• Develop long-term client relationships and liaise with partners.
• Improve processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Ensure projects and returns are accurate and well-documented.
• Lead by example and coach less experienced team members.
