Jobot is seeking a Tax Manager to lead complex engagements and support growth across Iowa. The role is on-site in Ankeny or Mason City, requiring CPA or EA credentials and expertise in federal, Iowa, and multi-state returns.

• CPA or EA required, with experience reviewing complex returns and a strong understanding of Iowa tax law.
• Lead multiple tax engagements while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client service.
• Advise clients and partners on tax planning opportunities, compliance matters, and strategic recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review complex federal, Iowa, and multi-state returns, including Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S.
• Lead multiple tax engagements while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client service.
• Advise clients and partners on tax planning opportunities, compliance matters, and strategic recommendations.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop tax professionals while contributing to firmwide training and best practices.
