Qualifications

• Five to eight years of public accounting tax experience preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships and multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee various tax engagements and review tax returns.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients through tax planning.
• Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines.

Skills

Strong technical tax knowledge and research capabilities

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

Strong organizational and project management abilities

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong leadership and relationship‑building skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and accounting‑related software

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

Completion of at least 30 hours of college‑level accounting coursework

Active CPA license
