Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; master's/advanced degree desirable.
• CPA or JD required.
• 5+ years of experience providing federal and state tax compliance, accounting and advisory services.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, deliver exceptional client service, and maintain ethics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and core software.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax, accounting and advisory services to small business clients.
• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and preparation/ compilation of financials.
• Review client records, provide analysis and discuss accounting matters.
• Deliver high-quality client service, being responsive and accurate.
• Lead client engagements and improve processes within client services.
• Manage client relationships and assist leadership in expanding services.
• Delegate tasks and manage deadlines to meet client expectations.
• Stay current on local, state and federal tax practices.
