Job summary

Corteva Agriscience is seeking multiple full‑time Tax Managers to join our Finance Department in Wilmington, DE, offering a hybrid work arrangement. You will support income tax accounting, U.S. tax compliance, and tax planning for a large multinational public company.

Primary focus areas include complex tax research, provision processes, and collaboration with Finance, Legal, Treasury, FP&A, and regional tax teams to drive tax efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
• Strong U.S. domestic and international tax compliance and/or ASC 740 experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform U.S. international tax compliance, including GILTI, FDII, and Subpart F.
• Support ASC 740 accounting and Form 1120 with complex book-to-tax differences.
• Prepare tax reporting for complex international transactions and repatriation.
• Provide tax planning support aligned with business objectives.
• Lead or participate in cross‑functional tax projects with stakeholders.
