Job summary

Caliber Recruiting Group in Atlanta, GA seeks a Tax Manager with 4–5 years of public accounting tax experience to oversee tax preparation, reviews, and advisory work for diverse entities. The ideal candidate will lead junior staff and collaborate with partners on complex strategies.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA preferred or in progress, and strong knowledge of tax software such as CCH and ProSystem fx. Hybrid/remote options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of public accounting experience, preferable in tax.
• CPA preferred or CPA in progress and ability to sit for CPA soon.
• Experience with tax software including CCH, ProSystem fx, Thomson Reuters.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement tax liability and asset protection strategies.
• Perform tax preparation and review for entities including C-Corp, S-Corp, partnerships, and individuals.
• Lead and mentor junior tax staff; interact with partners to address complex issues.
• Collaborate with partners for complex client strategies and reviews.
