Key Responsibilities

• Review complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, individuals, and trusts.
• Lead tax planning and consulting engagements for middle-market and closely held businesses.
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on tax-related matters.
• Research technical tax issues and provide practical recommendations.
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of tax staff and seniors.
• Coordinate and manage multiple engagements while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Partner with firm leadership on workflow management and client service initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• CPA certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong leadership and client management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience with CCH Axcess or comparable software preferred.
