Elliott Davis is seeking a Tax Senior to join our High Net Worth practice. The candidate will prepare and review high-net-worth individual, family partnership, and trust returns to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities include complex returns, engagements review, quarterly estimates, and year-end planning, while strengthening client relationships. The Tax Senior will supervise and mentor tax associates, lead engagements to successful completion, and contribute to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Law; Master’s degree in Tax/LLM in Tax preferred.
• 2+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience with individual tax returns; gift, trust, estate taxes a plus.
• Significant progress toward EA License or CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform technical reviews on high-net-worth tax returns for individuals, family partnerships and trusts.
• Prepare complex tax returns and review engagements; calculate quarterly estimates and year-end planning.
• Sustain strong client relationships and supervise, motivate, and develop tax associates.
• Direct and manage engagements to successful completion; provide feedback and mentorship to staff.
• Collaborate to identify and pursue opportunities among existing clients.
