Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and reports for accuracy and conformance.
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Develop, modify and document record keeping and accounting systems.
• Lead engagement planning, budgeting, risk assessment and development.
• Participate in tax planning and client relationship management.
• Direct staff, supervise workflows, and conduct staff reviews.
• Stay current on business tax developments and communicate implications to clients.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and assist recruitment of staff.
