Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting or other relevant field required.
• CPA license required.
• 3 years public accounting experience with a concentration in small business and individual taxation.
• Master's in taxation preferred; Master's in accounting beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and financial statements for accuracy.
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns in compliance with tax rules.
• Develop, modify, and document record-keeping and accounting systems.
• Supervise staff and manage engagement planning, budgeting, and risk assessment.
• Provide tax planning and client guidance on complex issues.
