Responsibilities

• Generate ad hoc reports combining Relationship Building and Financial Statements for finance leadership
• Close the books each month without letting deadlines slip at HP
• Reconcile merchant fees against statements that never quite match
• Administer the company expense policy and audit reimbursement claims
• Turn quarter-end into the calmest week of the finance cycle
• Sharpen month-end close until it runs in days, not weeks
• Own the tax provision and the footnotes that explain it
• Prepare board-ready financial packages and self-directed executive summaries
