Baker Newman Noyes (BNN) is seeking a Tax Manager to lead the tax compliance and planning for diverse clients across industries in a professional, collaborative environment in Massachusetts.

You will supervise engagements, mentor staff, and contribute to firm administration while delivering high-caliber client service, meeting deadlines, and managing client relationships with efficiency and integrity.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of taxation experience in a public accounting firm.
• CPA certificate is required.
• Masters with 150 college credit hours or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Supportive and collaborative culture within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of tax compliance for assigned clients.
• Supervise engagement teams and review staff work.
• Lead tax planning and provision processes for federal/state operations.
