Qualifications

• Five to seven years' public accounting experience with rising tax complexity.
• At least one year supervising and directing work of tax preparers.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required; Master's in taxation preferred; CPA license required.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve complex tax returns and governmental examinations.
• Lead larger tax returns and delegate to staff as needed.
• Advise clients with advanced tax knowledge and plan tax strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of returns within budgeted time and scope.
• Participate in client meetings and tax planning with Auditing/Accounting teams.
• Provide guidance to tax staff on issues and questions.
