CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is hiring a Tax Director or Manager to join our Tax practice in the United States. You will consult with clients on processes like succession and tax planning, lead engagements, train team members, and help clients grow their businesses.

The role requires 6 years in tax, a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance, and CPA (EA/JD may be acceptable). A high-performing, client-focused professional will thrive in our collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in tax roles at public accounting or professional services firms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA).
• Strong problem-solving and client-presenting skills.
• Ability to develop and train team members.

We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. For Colorado, the posting range for this role is $107,000 - $175,000.
