Base pay range

$180,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

LaSalle Network is hiring a Tax Manager for a leading cybersecurity services provider that's shaking up the industry. In a world where digital threats are always evolving, this team is one step ahead, helping global businesses operate fearlessly.

As the Tax Manager, you'll be a strategic force behind our financial integrity, overseeing U.S. and international tax compliance, and shaping global tax strategy in a fast-growth, high-impact environment. This is more than a back-office role, it's a chance to directly support innovation and global expansion in one of the most vital industries today.

Budget for this role is up to a base of $190,000 with additional bonus. This role will be remote to start with the eventual possibiluty of RTO in downtown chicago two days a week.

• Oversee preparation and filing of U.S. federal and state income tax returns
• Lead quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision process and reporting
• Manage audits, maintain tax records, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions
• Handle international tax filings, transfer pricing, and global reporting
• Monitor global tax law changes and coordinate with international advisors
• Support intercompany transactions and transfer pricing policies
• Develop strategies to reduce tax liability and support business expansion
• Guide finance teams on tax implications for M&A, incentives, and structuring
• Mentor tax staff and support broader finance initiatives
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related; CPA required
• 5-7+ years in corporate tax with U.S. and international experience
• Strong knowledge of tax law (U.S. federal/state, GILTI, BEAT, FTC, ASC 740)
• Experience in tech, cybersecurity, or managed services a plus
• Proficient in Excel, OneSource or Corptax, and tax research tools
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and thrives in high-growth settings
