Frederick Fox has partnered with a leading local organization in their search for a strong Tax Supervisor, Manager, or Sr. Manager. In this tax generalist role, you will oversee the preparation and review of tax returns (50% - 100% of the role), for high-net-worth individuals, pass-through entities, and corporations, for a leading full-service CPA firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and review tax engagements and special assignments
• Supervise, mentor, and train staff
• Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop tax planning strategies and stay updated on tax laws
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to business development and firm marketing initiatives

Requirements

• CPA certification
• 5+ years Public Accounting, with a focus on Tax Accounting
• Tax generalist background (individual, corporate, pass-through entity, high net worth individuals, trust & estate, etc.)
• Team leadership/reviewing experience
• Experience with CCH software
