Qualifications

• CPA or EA designation is required for this leadership tax role.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience reviewing business tax returns.
• Strong knowledge of federal tax regulations.
• Experience managing client relationships and tax engagements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review complex business and individual tax returns.
• Develop proactive tax planning strategies for clients.
• Advise clients on business structure, transactions, and tax implications.
• Identify planning opportunities to reduce tax burdens and improve outcomes.
• Assist clients with state and local tax considerations and multi‑state tax matters.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with business owners and executives.
• Mentor and develop tax staff and senior professionals.
• Manage tax engagement workflows, deadlines, and budgets.
