Job summary

Eurofins USA is seeking a Tax Manager to join its expanding tax department in Lancaster, PA. The role focuses on quarterly income tax reporting, year-end provision, and coordination with external advisors, with exposure to acquisitions and corporate restructurings.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of corporate tax or public accounting experience, strong ASC 740 knowledge, and the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in corporate taxation or public accounting.
• Strong ASC 740 knowledge.
• Experience coordinating complex tax reporting and compliance processes across multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelors degree in Taxation or Accounting; CPA certification ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee quarterly income tax reporting, and assist with year-end tax provision.
• Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure tax compliance.
• Track deadlines and respond to tax notices and audits.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings from a tax perspective.
