Job summary

Eurofins USA seeks a Tax Manager to lead quarterly income tax provisions, ASC 740, and liaison with external advisors. The role offers exposure to acquisitions, legal restructurings, and multinational operations within a fast-growing organization.

Hybrid schedule in Lancaster, PA, Monday–Friday, with additional hours as needed, and competitive benefits. Candidates should have 4–6 years in corporate tax or public accounting, strong ASC 740 knowledge, and ability to coordinate cross-functional tax

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in corporate taxation or public accounting.
• Strong ASC 740 knowledge.
• Experience coordinating complex tax reporting and compliance processes across multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Taxation or Accounting.
• CPA certification ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain quarterly income tax provisions (ASC 740) and ETR analyses.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Finance and stakeholders for quarterly tax reporting.
• Review tax returns, estimated tax calculations, and related analyses prepared by external advisors.
• Track tax filing deadlines, extensions, estimated payments, and compliance obligations.
• Coordinate responses to federal and state tax notices and audits.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and restructurings from tax perspective.
• Maintain tax calendars, process documentation and internal controls.
