As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in providing tailored tax compliance and consulting services to prestigious clients, focusing on high-growth private companies, including family-owned and private equity-owned businesses, from startups to multi-billion-dollar enterprises.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical planning and advising for private entities and high-profile individuals/families.
• Build long-term client relationships and understand their needs.
• Coach and develop a team of tax professionals, ensuring quality and value in all activities.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Research tax issues and develop effective strategies.
• Experience with various tax work, including C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnerships, estates, and trusts.
• Ability to translate complex data into client-ready insights.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees preferred.

• Experience with federal and state taxation, flow-through entities, corporate tax, and cross-border tax planning.
