Role Overview

As a Tax Manager within EY Private, focusing on cross-border tax issues for high net worth individuals and their entities, you will leverage your tax expertise across various topics, providing innovative solutions to complex challenges. Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical tax planning and client advising, particularly for high net worth individuals.
• Coach and develop a team, ensuring quality and value in all activities.
• Identify opportunities to expand services to clients.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong collaboration skills with global networks.
• Experience with foreign tax treaties, CFCs, passive foreign investment companies, and international informational returns.
• Proficiency in preparing or advising on domestic and international tax compliance and advisory projects.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and build client relationships.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, CPA or Bar membership, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of estate, wealth, and trust tax planning.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing budgets and projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in high net worth tax planning and mentoring.
• Strong analytical skills and adaptability.
