As an EY Private Tax Manager focusing on cross-border needs of high net worth individuals and their entities, you will leverage your tax expertise across various topics, providing elegant solutions to complex challenges. You will work with high-profile private clients and businesses on diverse projects, fostering your career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical tax planning and advise high net worth clients.
• Coach and develop team members, ensuring quality and value in activities.
• Identify additional service opportunities for clients.

Skills and Attributes

• Collaborate with global private networks and international tax teams.
• Support regional teams with tax analysis and market insights.
• Explain issues related to foreign corporations and passive foreign investment companies.
• Apply foreign tax treaties and credits.
• Experience with US and international tax returns and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, CPA or Bar membership, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of estate and wealth planning, and US trust and personal income tax.
• Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven high net-worth tax planning experience.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and business development skills.
