Responsibilities

• Manage technical planning and client advising for high net worth individuals.
• Coach and develop team members, ensuring quality and value in activities.
• Identify additional services for clients.

Skills & Attributes

• Collaborate with global private and international tax teams.
• Support regional tax analysis and market opportunities.
• Explain complex issues like controlled foreign corporations and foreign tax treaties.
• Prepare or advise on domestic and international tax returns and reporting.
• Build client relationships and communicate complex issues effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, CPA or Bar membership, 5+ years in professional tax services.
• Deep understanding of estate and wealth planning, federal and state trust income tax.
• Strong collaboration, negotiation, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high net worth tax planning and professional services.
• Mentoring skills, business development, analytical skills.
