Talentify is seeking a Tax Manager to join our Atlanta team. The role focuses on managing tax return prep for individuals and entities, and leading tax projections with complex analyses, while coordinating with clients and staff to deliver superior tax services.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in tax consulting or compliance within public accounting, CPA licensure, and strong leadership and communication skills to nurture client relationships and drive engagement success.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive tax consulting and/or compliance experience in public accounting.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and tax accounting capabilities.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills with demonstrated client relationships.
• Strong leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring skills with written/interpersonal/presentation abilities.
• Experience with tax software (preferably CCH Axcess) and willingness to learn new tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service oriented and engaged with clients and industries served.

• 5+ years of progressive tax consulting and/or compliance experience in public accounting
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Accounting
• Licensed CPA
• Excellent analytical, technical, and tax accounting
• Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships

• Experience with tax software (preferably CCH Axcess) with the desire to quickly learn new software programs

As a Tax Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Management of the preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, tax- exempt and other types of tax returns.
• Management of the preparation of income tax projections that involve multiple scenarios and complex analysis
• Coordination and communication with client personnel and others to obtain information essential to delivering tax services
• Plan and supervise the preparation of schedules and analyses of accounts needed for the preparation of income tax returns and other tax services
• Remain knowledgeable of new technical developments and leading-edge technologies that are of interest to the firm. Managers must also strive to develop and improve communication, management and leadership skills.
