Oxbow Carbon LLC is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee U.S. federal and state corporate income tax compliance, partnership tax returns, and sales/use tax across multiple jurisdictions.

The Tax Manager is responsible for managing the Company's U.S. tax compliance activities, including federal and state corporate income tax returns, partnership tax returns, sales and use tax compliance, and other miscellaneous filings. This role will oversee the timely and accurate preparation, review, and filing of tax returns, coordinate with external advisors, support tax audits, and provide tax guidance to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical tax knowledge, excellent project management skills, and experience supervising tax compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions.
