Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Master's degree in Taxation preferred.
• CPA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation, review, and filing of federal, state, and local corporate income tax returns.
• Oversee partnership tax returns, Schedules K-1, and related filings.
• Oversee U.S. sales and use tax compliance across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and service providers.
• Review tax workpapers and calculations for accuracy.
• Monitor filing deadlines and maintain tax calendars.
• Support audits, examinations, and information requests.
