Tax Manager

Location: Tampa, FL

Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Reporting to: Senior Shareholder

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of public accounting experience
• CPA certification required
• Strong generalist background: HNW individuals, small businesses, trusts (private clients)
• Ambition to grow into a partner role within the next few years
• Willingness to work in-office 5 days/week for the first year (flexibility available for the right candidate)
• Discretionary year-end bonus
• Potential sign-on bonus for the right candidate
• 5 weeks PTO for Managers and above
