Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare complex individual and entity tax returns
• Review tax returns prepared by staff for accuracy and compliance
• Provide mentorship, feedback, and training to junior staff
• Conduct research and consult on diverse tax issues
• Maintain direct communication with clients on tax matters
• Effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  
  

You should have most of the following

• BS in Accounting or MA in Tax
• CPA or EA license required
• Minimum 5 years of tax preparation and review experience
• Experience with UltraTax strongly preferred
• Experience using BNA Income Tax Planner a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior staff
