Weaver is looking for talented tax leaders at the Manager level to join our growing firm. We serve a variety of clients in multiple industries from private equity‑backed clients and large businesses to high‑net‑worth individual clients. Our scope of services includes tax planning and preparation, entity structuring, wealth preservation, family succession consulting, and more.
A Tax Manager works closely with firm leadership and plays a key role in business development and firm administration activities, including training and mentoring less‑experienced team members. The ideal candidate is a CPA with 5+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning and consulting at a public accounting firm.
At Weaver, our most valuable resource is our people. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $125,000 to $191,000 in the California, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York Metropolitan areas. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
