Tax Manager - Philadelphia, PA

Position Overview:

The Tax Manager will manage diverse tax engagements, oversee corporate and partnership compliance, evaluate complex U.S. reporting requirements, guide staff development, and collaborate closely with leadership to support a growing client base.

  • Oversee state and local tax compliance requirements.
  • Evaluate U.S. tax treaty implications and reporting requirements, including FATCA, foreign withholding, and foreign tax credits.
  • Operate autonomously while collaborating within a team‑focused environment.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to support their technical and professional growth.
  • Conduct tax planning, research, and technical analysis.
  • Support client service delivery with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
