Responsibilities

• Manage team of accountants to oversee tax work is completed and ensure clients are taken care of
• Manage a group of client relationships by responding to their questions, meeting with them for tax planning throughout the year, and helping them with other accounting/advisory needs
• Tax return preparation for more complicated returns
• Review tax returns prepared by staff and senior level associates
• Prepare tax plan documents and use tax planning software to identify most ideal tax planning strategies
• Deliver tax plans for our clients throughout the year

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, 5+ years of tax experience working with small business owners
• CPA or Enrolled Agent license required
• A servant’s heart and positive attitude for helping business owners understand the tax side of their businesses
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment
• The desire to work with an outstanding team
