Job summary

CFS in Clackamas, OR is seeking a Tax Manager to own the company's tax function in a newly created, high-impact role. You will partner directly with the VP of Accounting and senior leadership to guide tax strategy across the business.

This hybrid position oversees tax compliance across jurisdictions, tax provisions, audits, and regulatory matters. A minimum of 5+ years in corporate tax or public accounting and CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate tax and/or public accounting experience.
• Experience with tax provisions and multi-state tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance, filings, and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare and oversee tax provisions and related accounting activities.
• Support tax planning, audits, and regulatory matters.
• Serve as the internal tax subject matter expert.
