Our team is composed of experienced professionals committed to operational excellence, innovation, and long-term success. They are currently seeking a Tax Manager to join their in-house tax team and play a key role in managing tax compliance functions across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee federal, state, and international tax compliance for the firm’s management company and investment funds
• Review partnership tax returns, K-1s, PFIC reporting, and other related filings
• Collaborate with external tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate filings
• Monitor and interpret tax law changes that may impact the firm and its investments
• Provide tax support on new fund launches, transactions, and structuring initiatives
• Liaise with internal finance, legal, and investor relations teams on tax-related matters
• Assist in responding to investor queries and regulatory notices
• Identify process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the tax function

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MST strongly preferred
• 4-8 years of relevant tax experience, ideally a mix of Big Four and asset management industry
• Deep understanding of partnership taxation and investment fund structures
• Experience with hedge funds, private equity, or credit strategies is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
