Overview:

A leading global investment firm is seeking a Manager, US Taxation to join their growing tax team. This newly created position will play a key role in overseeing tax compliance and reporting for a mix of RIC and private fund products. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven tax professional to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment that supports long-term career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage US tax compliance and reporting for registered investment company (RIC) structures
• Oversee K-1 reporting for designated private fund vehicles
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns
• Coordinate quarterly estimated tax payments across multiple jurisdictions
• Assist with monthly tax provision calculations and annual 1099 reporting
• Lead responses to US federal, state, and local tax authority inquiries
• Respond to investor tax questions and coordinate related communications

Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of tax experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and/or the asset management industry
• CPA preferred
• Experience managing complex tax compliance workflows
• Exposure to cross-border tax matters and treaty analysis is a plus
• Ability to communicate technical tax issues clearly to non-tax professionals
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
