We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Tax Manager to join our accounting and finance team. This role is ideal for a problem-solver with strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations. You will work in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment, making a significant impact on our organization's financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Utilizing QuickBooks to manage financial records and transactions.
• Providing tax planning and reviewing complex income tax returns.
• Identifying and mitigating tax risks.
• Coordinating accounting staff and managing tax compliance workload.
• Improving tax preparation processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Staying updated on tax laws and ensuring compliance.
• Assisting with tax audits and returns.
• Preparing quarterly and annual tax reports.
• Collaborating with auditors for successful audits and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in tax accounting, especially in complex tax returns.
• Active CPA license.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software.
• Deep knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• High integrity, dependability, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
