MACOM is seeking a Tax Manager to lead US tax compliance, ASC 740 provisioning, and related governance. You will coordinate with global finance teams and external advisers to ensure accurate tax reporting and timely filings.
This hands-on role requires a CPA with 7+ years of corporate tax experience, Big-4 background, and strong Excel, project management, and communication skills. Experience with SAP and international tax is a plus; US and international audit support is expected.

The Tax Manager is a hands-on member of a small tax team responsible for supporting the company’s global tax compliance, reporting, planning and governance activities.
The role will have primary responsibility for key US tax and ASC 740 processes and will coordinate international and indirect tax matters with local finance teams and external advisers.
The Tax Manager will balance detailed preparation and review responsibilities with technical analysis, project management, process improvement and support for the Tax & Treasury Director.

This position is eligible to receive restricted stock unit (RSU) awards and cash bonuses, solely at MACOM’s discretion, subject to individual and company performance.
The Salary Range for this position is $105,000 – $170,000. Actual salary offered to candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, work location, relevant candidates’ experience, education, and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
