Tax Manager | Dublin, Ohio | Hybrid | CPA Firm

If you're already a Tax Manager, you probably don't need another job offering you “more responsibility.”

You've likely got enough of that already.

What might be more interesting is having more of a say in what you do with it.

This is a growing CPA firm where you'll manage your own clients, work closely with the Partners and have plenty of autonomy without everything needing to go through three different people first.

There's room to progress too.

If Partnership is something you want eventually, there's a route towards it here. The firm is growing, so you're not waiting around for someone above you to retire before anything can happen.

If you don't want to be Partner? Also fine.

They're not looking for everyone to follow exactly the same career path.

Hybrid working is normal and they're pretty flexible on where you've come from. Big 4, regional firm, smaller local CPA firm... they're more interested in whether you're good at what you do.

I think this one will suit someone who actually enjoys public accounting, but maybe wants a bit more freedom than they're getting at the moment.

I start at 6am EST, so mornings are easy. After 5pm works too, although I can't promise I'll be quite as lively.
