Job description

Seeking an experienced tax professional to support U.S. international tax compliance, planning, and analysis. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams and external advisors on global tax matters and business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of U.S. international tax laws and regulations
• Support transfer pricing compliance and intercompany transactions
• Analyze and document tax implications of business activities and initiatives
• Partner with global teams on international tax matters
• Assist with preparation and review of U.S. international tax filings (e.g., Forms 5471, 8858, and related disclosures)
• Manage international tax calculations for compliance and financial reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements within tax operations

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of accounting, finance, or tax experience, including at least 1 year of leadership experience
• OR
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year of leadership experience
• OR
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year of leadership experience
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. international tax
• Familiarity with transfer pricing (preferred, not required)
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with tax research tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data tools (e.g., Alteryx or visualization software) is a plus
