Qualifications

  • Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification with an active license is strictly required.
  • Core Public Accounting Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive public accounting tax experience.
  • Industry Focus: Significant, demonstrated expertise working directly with construction industry clients.
  • Engagement Management: Proven experience independently managing multi-layered tax engagements and critical client relationships.
  • Leadership & Analytics: Strong analytical skills paired with a proven ability to lead professional teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict regulatory deadlines.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate directly with senior leadership on complex engagements, resource planning, and key business development initiatives.

Role Overview

This is a senior-level legal and financial compliance position focused on leading tax engagements, managing complex client relationships, and providing top-tier strategic advisory solutions.
