Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive tax consulting and/or compliance experience in public accounting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Licensed CPA.
• Strong analytical, technical, and tax accounting skills.
• Exceptional client service and communication with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, tax-exempt and other tax returns.
• Manage preparation of income tax projections involving multiple scenarios and complex analysis.
• Coordinate with client personnel to obtain information essential to delivering tax services.
• Plan and supervise preparation of schedules and analyses of accounts for tax returns and other tax services.
• Stay knowledgeable of new technical developments and leadership skills to improve communication and management.

• 5+ years of progressive tax consulting and/or compliance experience in public accounting
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Accounting
• Licensed CPA
• Excellent analytical, technical, and tax accounting
• Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
• Strong leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with tax software (preferably CCH Axcess) with the desire to quickly learn new software programs
• Works well with managing a variety of projects and thrives in a fast-paced environment

As a Tax Manager, your responsibilities will include:
