Emerson is seeking a Tax Manager to join the Reporting and Tax Compliance team. The role focuses on assisting with the global tax provision process, U.S. and international income tax compliance, and audits, working with the NI/EMR Tax Teams and finance staff.
Responsibilities include preparing tax provisions, maintaining tax controls, reconciling tax accounts, and coordinating with external providers. Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and public accounting background are highly valued.
National Instruments (NI) is looking for a Tax Manager to join our Reporting and Tax Compliance team. NI's Reporting and Tax Compliance team is responsible for assisting with the Emerson (EMR) global tax provision process, U.S. and international income tax compliance and income tax audits. The Tax Manager will work alongside members of the NI and EMR Tax Teams as well as domestic and regional finance managers and staff, outside tax advisors, and internal and external auditors.
Candidate will also be expected to monitor tax legislation and research various federal, state, and international tax issues as they arise.
