Job summary

Brewer Morris, a Top 75 national CPA firm, seeks a Tax Manager in Atlanta, GA on a hybrid schedule. You will lead complex tax engagements across various entity types, work closely with clients on planning and technical matters, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative, family-like culture.

The role requires CPA, 5+ years of tax experience, and strong client communication with leadership skills. A discretionary bonus in June and milestone bonus program are part of the compensation package,

Qualifications

• CPA is required.
• Minimum 5+ years in tax roles.
• Solid knowledge of federal income tax and individual/business taxation.
• Proven ability to lead and communicate with clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tax compliance and consulting engagements.
• Review S Corporation, C Corporation, partnership, multistate, and individual returns.
• Partner directly with clients on tax planning and technical matters.
• Lead client meetings and develop strong advisory relationships.
• Mentor, coach, and develop associates.
• Manage engagements, budgets, staffing, and delivery.
• Continue building an area of technical specialization.
• Identify opportunities to bring additional value and services to clients.

Our client is a Top #75 National CPA Firm who are looking to add a talented Tax Manager (generalist) to their team in Atlanta, GA on a Hybrid Schedule. What you'll be doing:

• Lead complex tax compliance and consulting engagements
• Review S Corporation, C Corporation, partnership, multistate, and individual returns
• Partner directly with clients on tax planning and technical matters
