Armanino Advisory LLC is seeking a seasoned tax professional to lead and manage complex engagements for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. You will review tax work papers, advise on transactions, and respond to IRS audits while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires a CPA/EA and at least six years in public accounting taxation, with two years in a supervisory capacity. This position offers broad exposure across tax disciplines and opportunities for growth within a top U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline required.
• CPA or EA qualification preferred or required to practice before IRS.
• Minimum of 6 years of public accounting experience in taxation or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role involving clients and team members.

Aufgaben

• Perform technical review of engagement work papers and tax returns as it relates to Individuals, Partnerships, and S and C-corporations.
• Provide consultation on business or personal transactions and related tax implications.
• Develop responses to IRS and other regulatory audits, notices, and inquiries.
• Lead or support larger engagements and manage workflow to meet deadlines and budgets.
