Job summary

H&R Block in the United States seeks a tax professional to conduct client interviews, prepare individual tax returns, and increase client retention. You will explore additional products and services to grow the business and support all client needs.

In this role you will provide IRS audit support as needed, mentor teammates, and participate in audits. Strong communication skills and computer proficiency are required; training is provided upon hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience completing individual returns.
• Tax planning and audit support.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
• Additional experience acquired through training upon hiring.

Responsibilities

• Generate business growth by supporting business to business sales activities.
